From the series of diets, the most successful and most demanded for this year is the Diet designed by General Motors. The company developed this nutrition regime during the 1980s to bolster the health of its employees.
But in 2018, General Motors’ diet became a real hit as Google searched, which is no surprise because it promises a loss of as much as 7 pounds in just 7 days.
The main rule of the diet is strict sticking to groceries over a week.
The first day of the diet is eaten only by fruit, but water-based fruit, so the bananas are strictly forbidden. Watermelon and melon are the most allowed.
The second day is allowed any kind of vegetables, raw or cooked / roasted, and the fruit is forbidden. Start the day with baked potatoes to ensure that you have carbohydrates throughout the day, then continue with vegetables as desired.
The third day combines fruits with vegetables, but do not eat bananas and potatoes.
On the fourth day are allowed fruits, vegetables, bananas (not more than two) and milk.
Pass the meat on the fifth day. Eat veal, beef, chicken or fish together with 5 whole baked / cooked potatoes. 10 to 12 glasses of water are recommended during this day.
On the sixth day, beef and vegetables are eaten.
The seventh day for breakfast you should eat integral rice and a glass of natural fruit juice, and during the rest of the day you can consume unlimited amount of vegetables and fruits.
